The Security Team provides document leak detection and data protection services designed to help organizations identify and remediate exposed sensitive information. Our services include scanning, monitoring, alerting, and reporting on potentially exposed documents.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment Terms

Certain services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We may change our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our option, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect.

4. Intellectual Property

Our services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Security Team, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate The Security Team, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our services

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL THE SECURITY TEAM, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Security Team, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
